Cancellation

You have the option to withdraw from your order by contacting our Customer Service Centre within 7 days of receiving the Products, subject to our approval. If you notify us of your intent to return the Products, we will make arrangements for the return in accordance with our Return Policy, as detailed below.

Please note that you are responsible for any reduction in the value of the Products resulting from handling that exceeds what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the Products.

If you choose to exercise your right of withdrawal, we will reimburse you for all payments received, including delivery costs, within 3 weeks of receiving the returned Products. The reimbursement will be made using the same payment method that you used for the initial transaction.

Returns

Our Return Policy allows for the return of damaged Products or Products that do not match your order within 7 days of your receipt of the Products, provided that the Products are still in their original packaging and accompanied by the original invoice. If you return the Products, you must do so at your own expense, unless we approve an exception by phone. It is preferable to return the Products in their original condition and packaging, and to include the invoice if possible.

Warranty

The Products are guaranteed by the manufacturer according to the warranty conditions listed in the original Product documentation. Please refer to the documentation for specific details on the manufacturer's warranty, which does not affect your legal rights.
